Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for select eligible items.
To qualify:

Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return your eligible product for a refund and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, received, and inspected, you will be notified of the status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
